Let we introduce you to this movement, born from our love for animais, specially dogs.
We are a group of women enrolled in ethical breeding of pure breed dogs. Not commercial breeding, but purposefully breeding to preserve breeds and their functions, with respect, ethics and utmost care for our dogs physical and menthal health.
One of our ways to select our individuals and to get together and celebrate are the Dog Shows.
On this Dog Shows, is common to hire professionals to train and show the dogs in the rings, the HANDLERS.
This professionals have a lot of responsabilities in their hands, after all, their are the "god fathers and mothers" of our furry babies.
While pursuing their dog show career, some dogs live for months with their handlers, their "home away from home".
The handlers are talented people, responsable for keeping the dog healthy, well nourished, with a beautiful coat and, most importantly, happy, while under their care.
But, with the coronavirus pandemic, these professionais were also caught off guard. With the cancelling of every dog show since the end of march, they and their assistants lost their main income source. Since a dog show is a celebrating event, and this means gathering a lot of people, we believe it will take some time to resume activities as normal.
Knowing about the struggles some of these people are facing, and also knowing they have their own families and dogs, we decided to make a charity sale.
We started as a small Whatsapp group, with donations of some items to raffle, to raise a small amount of money to be divided amongst.
Those who needed the most. To our surprise, our small gathering grew, with several wonderful people adding to it and donating so many nice things, that we suddenly needed a way to share this with you guys.
Then, we had another idea. What if we separated the items, some to raffle and some, the higher value ones, to auction?
So we came here to ask for your help.
You can help by buying one of our raffles, with some very cool items, such as shirts, shades, whisky bottles, wine bottles, shoes, make up, pet items and professional pet photos.
On our auction, we'll have items such as oil on canvas painting of your pet, famous brands bags, Montblanc pen, etc.
If you can't help us by buying, that's ok, we know these are tough times to everyone. You can help us by sharing this idea with your friends. There is always someone who can help, and the items are certanly worth it.
